Planting and growing trees underscores our commitment to long-term value creation to our stakeholders. We recognize that we have a role in addressing climate change and preserving our natural ecosystems, and as such our tree growing activities are characterized by tangible and lasting benefits.

We grow trees and restore forests primarily because, we want to address our emissions. Thus, we have embedded intense monitoring and evaluation so that we can eventually evaluate the carbon sequestered and use it in our carbon accounting. But we also view our tree growing as an opportunity to boost our employee engagement and generate a sustainability mind set with all of our staff.
